Who runs bet-nh.com and the rules for using it.

Age 21+ Entertainment, not income Help: 1-800-MY-RESETAffiliate disclosure

These terms set out the rules for using bet-nh.com. They apply together with the privacy notice, the cookie policy, the disclaimer and the affiliate disclosure, which are linked at the bottom of every page.

1. Who runs this website

Bet-NH (bet-nh.com) is published and operated by:

Dunacay Media Group N.V.
Schottegatweg Oost 44, Willemstad, Curaçao
Email: [email protected]

In these terms, "Bet-NH", "we" and "us" mean the website and its publisher; "you" means anyone who reads or uses the site.

2. What this website is

Bet-NH is an information website about betting and gambling for readers in New Hampshire. It explains what the state allows, what the New Hampshire Lottery runs and what only offshore sites offer, and it describes operators, their offers and their terms. Bet-NH does not take bets, hold player accounts or player money, run any game or pay out winnings. Nothing on the site is an offer of gambling.

3. Accepting these terms

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If one part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.

4. Age and local law

The site is meant for adults. Its gambling content is written for readers aged 21 or over. Whether a form of gambling is legal for you depends on the law of the state where you are when you play, and operators set their own minimum age within that law. Offshore sites described on Bet-NH are not licensed or regulated by New Hampshire. Check the law and the operator's terms before you register anywhere; a page on this site is not a statement that a product or an operator is legal for you.

5. Information, not advice

Articles are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or betting advice and do not take your own circumstances into account. Offers and terms are copied from the operators' own pages and re-checked when a page is updated, but operators change bonuses, wagering requirements and payment rules, sometimes without notice. When what you see at the operator differs from what a page says, the operator's current terms apply.

Some outbound links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you open an account through them. How this works is explained in the affiliate disclosure. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content, offers, availability or privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee. If you open an account with an operator, your agreement is with that operator, under its own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The text, tables, graphics and layout of the site belong to the publisher or are used with permission. You may quote short passages with a link to the page they come from. Copying whole articles, republishing them elsewhere or using the content for commercial purposes requires our written consent. Names and logos of operators, leagues and other organisations belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or its readers, or interferes with how it works: for example, automated copying that overloads the server, attempts to reach parts of the site that are not public, faking clicks on links or sending malicious code. We may block access that does this.

9. Accuracy and liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content, including money lost gambling, loss caused by the decisions of an operator, or loss caused by the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Personal data

How we handle personal information, including server logs, cookies and the newsletter, is described in the privacy notice and the cookie policy.

11. Responsible gambling

Gambling can lead to losses and to addiction. Decide on a budget and a time limit before you start, never chase losses and do not gamble to solve money problems. Play for entertainment, never as income. If gambling is causing harm to you or to someone close to you, contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline: call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), or chat at 1800myreset.org. It is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The helpline is not an emergency service: if you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911, or 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
