How the site earns money

Bet-NH is free to read. It is paid for by affiliate links: some outbound links to sportsbooks, casinos and other gambling sites carry a tracking code, and when you open an account through such a link, the operator may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you get is the one the operator publishes for everyone who uses that link.

What the commission does not buy

We earn a fee from some sites we link to. It pays for the work; it does not buy a ranking position. Offers and terms on our pages are copied from the operators' own pages and re-checked when a page is updated, whether or not the operator pays us. An operator cannot pay to have its terms described more favourably, to have criticism removed or to have a competitor left out.

How to recognise an affiliate link

Buttons such as "Visit site" next to an operator lead through the site's own redirect address before they reach the operator; these are the links that can earn a commission. When you open one, the server sets XSRF-TOKEN and mozbiz_session (20 hours each) to carry the click to the operator's page and protect the request from forgery; mz_vid (1 year) and mz_src (30 days) count the click and record where the visit came from. Details are in the cookie policy. Links to laws, the New Hampshire Lottery and other public bodies are sources and earn nothing.

Offshore operators

Some operators we link to are offshore sites. Offshore sites are not licensed or regulated by New Hampshire. A link to such a site is not a statement that it is legal for you to use it. Before you register, read the operator's terms and your state's rules, and check that you meet the operator's minimum age. Gambling content on this site is written for readers aged 21 or over.

What we share with operators

An affiliate link tells the operator that a visit came from Bet-NH, so that the commission can be attributed. We do not send your name, email address or other personal details to operators. What the operator collects once you are on its site is governed by its own privacy policy. More about cookies and data on this site is in the cookie policy and the privacy notice.

Gambling risk

A commission is paid when you sign up, not when you win or lose, but gambling always carries the risk of losing money and no bonus changes that. Decide in advance how much you can afford to lose and stop when you reach it. If gambling is causing harm to you or to someone close to you, contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline: call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), or chat at 1800myreset.org. It is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The helpline is not an emergency service: if you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911, or 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
